When my unattended laptop upgraded itself from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (while the Webcam was not plugged, nor anything else except the power cord), it took me over an hour to figure out that the voice explaining everything was a 'Narrator' and then how to turn it off. PLEASE HELP ME TOO!!! I have an old Microsoft USB Webcam because old my Dell Latitude E6400 doesn't have a built-in Webcam. Confirming to me that this was NOT a hardware issue.
